The best experience feels simple on the surface. Partyinkers connects the personalisation, production and collection steps around your event.

01

Make it personal.

Guests select from your approved options. Depending on the chosen experience, they can use the booth touchscreen or a configured mobile-design journey.

02

Send it to the team.

The submitted choice becomes a production order. App-assisted options can include mobile verification and order tracking.

03

Watch it come to life.

The crew prints, stitches, engraves or applies the personalisation. Guests can see the craft behind the finished item.

04

Collect something that is theirs.

Plan for the queue, not just the counter.Counter dimensions are not the full operating footprint. Published output is an estimate, not a guaranteed service speed. Final capacity, merchandise, staffing, electrical arrangements, access, branding and queue/collection space must be confirmed in your proposal. Leather monogramming, NFC cards and patches require a method-specific setup recommendation.

A great-looking gift
is only half the job.

The other half is making the experience work in a real event. The audience, design choices, production pace and collection process all need to fit together.

Talk through my event brief
01

Event experience, not just equipment.

Partyinkers has been bringing live printing to events since 2014, with more than 1,000 events in its published track record.

02

A team around the activity.

On-site crew guide guests through the experience and manage the agreed production and collection flow.

03

Personalisation with a brand direction.

Curated artwork, product choices and app-assisted options keep individual creativity connected to your event.

04

The method fits the merchandise.

Printing and finishing know-how inform the choice of product, technique and setup, instead of treating every item the same.

A clear plan before event day

You bring the occasion.
Let’s shape the experience.

01

Share the brief.

Tell us your event type, date, venue, audience, gift quantity and what you want guests to feel or do.

02

Shape the experience.

Match the personalisation method, merchandise and booth format to the brief and budget.

03

Prepare the details.

Agree the artwork, samples, app options, event schedule, access, utilities and collection plan.

04

Bring it to life.

The agreed on-site crew sets up and runs the customisation activity, then handles the planned teardown.

Event agencies: your concept.
Partyinkers’ customisation know-how.

Bring the team in while the idea is taking shape. Share the creative direction, expected crowd and venue constraints to build a proposal around your client’s event.

Discuss a client event

Before you brief your team

Good questions.
Clearer planning.

A few practical details to help you decide whether live personalisation belongs at your next event.

Ask about my event
How is this different from ordering printed corporate gifts?

With a conventional gift order, the items are produced before the event. A Partyinkers experience lets guests participate in the personalisation on site. The activity and the finished gift are planned together. Ministry of Print is introducing the service on this page; the live-experience specialist is Partyinkers.

What types of events is this for?

Corporate dinners, employee appreciation events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, retail activations and corporate family days. This offering does not cover weddings or private birthday parties. Partyinkers provides the engagement activity, not full event management.

Can we use our own merchandise?

Potentially. Share the exact product, material, quantity and desired personalisation first. The team needs to assess compatibility and may require a sample before confirming that the item can be printed, embroidered, engraved or heat-pressed.

Can the artwork, booth and app match our brand?

Branding and approved artwork can be planned around your event. Share your guidelines, logo and desired design options early. Booth branding, app configuration and specialised features need to be included in the agreed scope rather than assumed to be standard.

How much space and power do we need?

It depends on the method and booth format. Use the comparison above as a planning reference, but allow separately for production, guest movement and collection. The team must confirm the final footprint, power arrangement, venue access and setup schedule before the event.

How many guests can take part?

Share both the total audience and the number of gifts you want to produce, together with the activity hours and likely peak periods. The production plan depends on the method, design complexity, item and number of stations. Published hourly output is an estimate, not a guarantee that every guest can be served in a fixed window.

Can the experience include surveys or contact capture?

App-assisted surveys and data collection can be discussed as part of the event scope. Agree the purpose, fields, consent wording, access and handling before launch. These features are not automatically included with every method or booth.

How do we get a quote, and what affects the price?

Send the event date, location, audience size, activity duration, merchandise idea and preferred experience. The proposal can then account for the production method, item quantity, crew, branding, logistics and any app options. Availability and final inclusions are confirmed in the written proposal; no fixed price or lead time is promised by this page.

Let’s make it personal

Make your next event
