How do I get a quote?
Submit the enquiry form on any product page or email us, and we'll reply as quickly as we can. Prices for every product are listed on our website, so you can budget before you ask.
What happens after I send an enquiry?

How is custom T-shirt pricing worked out?
Prices start at $5 per piece. What you pay for each custom T-Shirt mainly comes down to how many pieces you order, how many colours are printed and which T-shirt model you pick.

More pieces + fewer colours → cheaper per piece
Fewer pieces + more colours → costlier per piece

Do you give bulk discounts?
Yes. Our listed prices already drop as quantities increase, up to 1,000 units. Ordering more than 1,000 pieces? Ask us for a special quote.
How can I lower the cost of my T-shirts?
A few simple choices can bring the price down:
– Print fewer colours – each colour needs its own screen
– Print in fewer places, e.g. front only instead of front and back
– Go for a smaller print, e.g. A4 instead of A3
– Order more pieces – the price per piece drops as quantity goes up
– Stick to one decoration method, e.g. silkscreen only rather than silkscreen plus embroidery
Can I order a single custom T-shirt?
We print in batches, so each design starts from a minimum of 20 pieces.

Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?
Ready-stock gifts start from 20 units, while items made overseas start from 50 pieces — enough for a small team event or a company-wide giveaway. The more you order, the lower the unit price. Tell us what you need and we'll put together a proposal.
Can I print the same design on items of different colours?
Yes. Pricing is based on your artwork and print method, so switching item colours usually doesn't change the cost.
You can mix apparel and gifts in one order, as long as there are at least 10 pieces per colour using the same design.

Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an e-invoice is issued once your order is confirmed.
Can you print my company logo or artwork?
Yes — that's exactly what we do. We'll put your logo, artwork or message on T-shirts, uniforms and corporate gifts.

Which printing and branding methods do you offer?
We offer silkscreen printing, embroidery, full-colour heat transfers, laser engraving, and embossing or debossing. Not sure which suits your item? Tell us the product and we'll recommend the right method.
How much can I customise?
Almost everything. Logos can usually be reproduced in as many colours as you need; very detailed artwork may carry a small extra charge.
Can I print any design I like?
Most designs, yes. We can't print trademarked or restricted logos you don't have the rights to use, such as a football club crest, and we'll turn down any design that is illegal or inappropriate to produce.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) format gives the sharpest print. We can work with other formats too, but converting them takes extra time and may add a setup fee. We'll ask for your artwork once your order is confirmed.
We also accept JPG, TIF, PSD, EPS, GIF and BMP files. For image files, please send them in high resolution – ideally 300 dpi at the finished print size.
Can you design my artwork for me?
We don't design from scratch, but our in-house team can tidy up simple artwork — for example, cleaning up a logo so it prints well.
Can I see a mock-up before you print?
Yes. Every order comes with a digital mock-up for your approval, and we can arrange a physical sample on request if you'd like to check it in person first.
What happens to my design after my order?
We keep your artwork on file, so reordering is easy – just tell us which design to print again. We may show finished items as samples or in our own marketing, but we never sell or pass your design to other customers without your permission.
What size range do your T-shirts cover?
Our standard apparel sizing runs from 2XS to 3XL.
Selected styles go further, from 4XS right up to 7XL.

What fabrics can I choose from?
We stock T-shirts in many different fabrics and weights.
The two most requested options are cotton and quick-drying dri-fit.

How should I wash my printed apparel?
To keep your print looking good for longer:
– Turn the garment inside out before washing
– Machine or hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent
– Wash with similar colours
– Don't bleach or soak
– Don't tumble dry
– Iron inside out, never directly on the print

Can you source a product I've seen somewhere else?
Yes. Send us a photo, a quick description and where you saw it, and we'll look for the same or a similar item at a good price.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No — our full, up-to-date catalogue lives on our website, with prices shown for every item. It saves paper and means you always see the newest products.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Items labelled "ready stock" are available now, but stock goes out on a first-come, first-served basis. Stock moves quickly, so please confirm availability with us on the day you order.
Can I see items from past orders before deciding?
Yes. Contact our sales team and we'll arrange for you to view the products you're interested in.
Can I visit your showroom to see samples?
Yes. We keep samples of most catalogue items, and all product photos are taken in-house so what you see is what you get. As not every item is on display, please check with us before you visit.
How long will my order take?
Your production time is mainly decided by two things: the printing method you pick, and whether we produce it here in Singapore or with our overseas factories.
Made in Singapore – Best for straightforward artwork. We typically print these jobs using Silkscreen printing or Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, and they're usually ready in 5 – 7 working days from artwork approval. Before we start, a digital mock-up is sent to you for sign-off as soon as your order is processed.
Made Overseas – The better route for complex or highly customised pieces, or when budget matters most. Because production happens at our overseas partners, you should allow around 3-5 weeks, with the exact timing varying by product.

Do you deliver across Singapore?
Yes, island-wide. We can deliver to your office, to employees' homes, or split one order across several addresses for multi-venue events.

We work with trusted local courier partners to get your order to you on time.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within Singapore starts from $30 per location. We list it separately because many customers prefer to collect their orders from our showroom — so you only pay for delivery if you need it.
Can you deliver to several addresses or overseas?
Yes to multiple Singapore addresses — delivery starts from $30 per location. We don't ship internationally, but you can still order with us and have your own courier collect from our showroom when the order is ready.
Do you accept orders from outside Singapore?
Yes, as long as you arrange collection. We don't ship samples or orders overseas, but once your items are ready your own courier can pick them up from us. Send us an enquiry and our sales team will walk you through the details.
