1) Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team

Job Scope:
1) Handle walk in customers, client calls and reply of email enquiries
3) Coordinating with project coordinator and designer for orders confirmed
4) Sales order tracking and reporting
5) Chase payment and resolve issues

Requirements:
1) Strong communication and sales skills
2) Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients

2) Graphic Designer

We are looking for creative individuals to join our design team

Responsibilities:
- Creating an artwork suitable for printing
- Creating template designs for building company’s portfolio
- Close contact with sales to complete printing order on time
- communication with customer is needed to confirm artwork for printing and creating designing based on customer’s ideas.
- designing marketing collaterals for company’s branding & events.

Requirements:
-Diploma in Graphic Design
- 1 year working experience preferred (fresh graduates will be considered).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.

3) Social media officer

We are looking for interactive individual to join our team (1 vacancy)

Responsibilities:
- Engagement with consumer through social media network such as facebook, forum, flickr, twitter, youtube
- work with marketing manager & designer to produce promotional collateral and social media campaigns
- collecting relevant data about our printing industry

Requirements:
- Passionate about using social media as a powerful marketing tool.
- Excellent writing skills and innate ability to create editorial and technical writing output.
- Diploma and above in mass communication, advertising, marketing
